LUMP SUM SERVICES: (payment on site) compulsory above 3 years. €. 55,00 per person a week and includes water, electricity, gas, A/C, TV, hair-dryer, safe, bed and bathroom linen with weekly exchange, courtesy kit.
FINAL CLEANING: Studio Flat €. 45,00 – Two-room flat €. 55,00 – Three - room flat €. 65,00; The cleaning of the kitchen is the clients’ responsibility otherwise the supplement is €. 50,00.
DEPOSIT: €. 150,00, Reimbursed at the end of stay after verification of the flat’s condition.
